MARTINSBURG — Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks and Recreation is hosting the 2022 Toni Saylor Summer Concert Series, held at War Memorial Park Thursday nights through August 11 from 7-8:30 p.m.

HCC Announces Annual Red, White & Blue Summer Concert Series
HAGERSTOWN, Md.—The 17th Annual Red, White, and Blue Summer Concert Series is free and open to the public. The schedule of events is as follows:
• Saturday August 13: US Navy Commodores
All concerts will be at 6:15 p.m. in the HCC Alumni Amphitheater. Concerts are subject to change by the US military. Concessions will be available for purchase. Note that no outside food is permitted on the amphitheater grounds. Personal garden chairs and blankets are permitted for garden seating.

MARTINSBURG — The Southside Farmers’ Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, rain or shine, until October 9. It is located at 500 Winchester Ave., Martinsburg. • MARTINSBURG – The Martinsburg Farmers’ Market is open 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday from now until Oct. 8 in the parking lot of St. John’s Lutheran Church at 101 W. Martin St. Featuring growers and of local manufacturers, the market participates in SNAP Stretch doubling the purchasing power of EBT participants. Vendor inquiries are welcome. Free scheduled English lessons
INWOOD – Free English classes provided by the Literacy Volunteers of the Eastern Panhandle (LVEP) will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from September 2022 through May 2023 at 4102 Tabler Station Road, Inwood. ($20 one-time fee for books and supplies.) Registration is required by visiting www.tinyurl.com/Reg22-23.
The tests will take place on September 8, 13 and 15. All you have to do is register for one of these dates. Classes begin September 20, 2022.
